Check dealer for fitment. This one was in passenger side console and it controlled the blend of heat vs a c. Came out of 2004 Chevy Silverado and fits may other years and model's. Up for sale is a used heater hvac blend door actuator.

Since this did not fix my problem I expect it to still work. Bought a new one trying to diagnose an issue with ac blowing heat. For Gm Gmc Chevy. As such, I will guarantee no DOA or your money back.

Problem was fixed not by replacing this but by replacing the console head unit. I am given to understand, though, that many of the other actuators can use this part number.
