It would be OK for a driver. It has a couple of scratches on it. There is a cut out space on the top of it, i'm not sure that it is supposed to be there. Ask any questions.

Here is an under dash air conditioning vent from a 1969 Chevelle, it should also fit a the deflector moves easily. It looks like it was made that way.

The areas around the mounting holes looks good. You decide if it will work for you. Look it over good and make sure you can live with the condition.
