In most cases the connector/plug from original Compressor will need to be spliced on our. Evacuate the A/C system for a minimum of one hour. The above Compressor installation process MUST be followed to attain a warranty. There is warranty on this Compressor for 1 year from the date of purchase, not when it was installed vehicle.

Add system specification Freon charge and test accordingly. We perform these tests on ALL New and Re-manufactured a/c Compressors. Install new receiver drier or accumulator and orifice tube expansion valve. All Compressors are both leak tested and Function to ensure the Compressor is in perfect working condition prior being shipped.

To attain a warranty Compressor the bellow installation process and procedure MUST be performed parts listed in this must replaced. Remove Compressor, receiver drier or accumulator, orifice tube expansion valve. Oil charges and oil types should be closely adhered to for proper A/C performance. Only the Compressor.

2013 - 2018 Chevy Sonic 1.6L 1.8L Re-manufactured A/C Compressor With Clutch Assembly. Every Compressor is re-manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. The accumulator/drier must be replaced prior to installation. Turn Compressor shaft 8-10 full revolutions to insure front seal and other internal parts are lubricated.
